Many months ago, after the condoit 'labyrinth' was discovered, a group of rebels found another tunnel leading down and into another derelict and torn up part of the system, where many sets of old glass cages rigged with electricity are held.

Akin to a real prison, You are imprisoned here if you disobey the laws of the rebels.

Underneath the city, the sewers formed an intricate labrynth. Water dripping from the ceilings, the scurrying of a few rats that were still left and the ripple of flowing water, were the only sounds echoing down the vast tunnels. No light entered or escaped here, except for the small holes in the man hole covers.
